NOTE: Due to space and liability issues we do not accept put-ins of privately owned kayaks/canoes/SUPs. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Don’t ask.)

All property along the river is privately owned. Any launches/docks/rope swings/water slides/picnic areas and waterfront parking lots etc. are located on private property owned by homeowners, businesses or Homeowner Associations. BeachnRiver Kayak Rentals does not authorize or allow use of our property for access to the river for swimming/picnicking/floating without a paid reservation. Only individuals with confirmed reservations and proper identification will be allowed onto the property.

TRESPASSING IS NOT ALLOWED and property is POSTED. Cameras are in use.  A “Watch” is in effect.  Authorities will be contacted with authorization to arrest if caught trespassing.
