BeachnRiver Kayak Rentals located at 18743 Keller Rd. 36535 is OPEN to (Nice, Respectful, 5-Star!) folks who want to kayak from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (to paddle until 3 p.m.) Daily (Without Reservations!) during Open Summer Season. This sign will not be displayed if there is inclement weather, small craft wind advisories for bays, or the river is "running" due to recent hard rains. (for your safety!). See Sign? OPEN. Don't See Sign? CLOSED. Remember: There is NO VIEW OF THE RIVER where you will kayak visible from the roads. The GRAVEL ROAD begins a PRIVATE DRIVE.  (Please Respect Private Property).
FOLEY, AL — You (Nice, Polite, Patient, “5-Star Guests” visiting the Alabama Gulf Coast) are welcome to enter our property located at 18743 Keller Rd. 36535 daily during the hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. — to paddle until 3 p.m. (without reservations!) WHEN YOU SEE THIS SIGNAGE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. If the sign is down? We are either CLOSED (seasonally), or for your safety due to storms, eminent threat of storms, or in the event of high or rushing water.
In a nutshell: See Sign? OPEN! Don’t See Sign? CLOSED.

ALL Property along the river is privately owned. Remember to R.P.P. — Respect Private Property. There are NO PUBLIC LAUNCHES anywhere near our property.
