NOTE: BeachnRiver Kayak Rentals does not offer a public launch. There are no public launches on the Bon Secour River.
Due to liability issues we do not accept put-ins of privately owned kayaks/canoes/SUPs. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BeachnRiver Kayak Rentals does not authorize or allow use of our property for access to the Bon Secour River for swimming/picnicking/floating without a paid reservation. Only individuals with confirmed reservations and proper identification will be allowed on the property.
TRESPASSING IS NOT ALLOWED. Cameras are in use. Authorities will be contacted with authorization to arrest if caught trespassing.
WARNING: THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS FOR SWIMMING/KAYAKING/CANOEING/FLOATING ON THE BON SECOUR RIVER OR ON ANY OF ITS TRIBUTARIES.
- IF YOU DO NOT OWN PROPERTY ALONG THE BON SECOUR RIVER YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO ACCESS THE RIVER WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION BY HOMEOWNERS.
- HOMEOWNERS WILL CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH EXPRESS AUTHORITY TO ARREST TRESPASSERS.
PARKING ALONGSIDE PRIVATE AND POSTED PROPERTY WILL CONSTITUTE TRESPASSING AND AUTHORITIES WILL BE CONTACTED. VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
TRESPASSING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND IS PUNISHABLE.
