Due to liability issues we do not accept put-ins of privately owned kayaks. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BeachnRiver Kayak Rentals does not authorize or allow use of our property for access to the Bon Secour River for swimming/picnicking/floating without a paid reservation.
TRESPASSING IS NOT ALLOWED. Cameras are in use. Authorities will be contacted if caught trespassing.
WARNING: THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS FOR SWIMMING/KAYAKING/CANOEING/FLOATING ON THE BON SECOUR RIVER OR ON ANY OF ITS TRIBUTARIES.
- IF YOU DO NOT OWN PROPERTY ALONG THE BON SECOUR RIVER YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO ACCESS THE RIVER WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION BY HOMEOWNERS.
- HOMEOWNERS ALONG THE BON SECOUR RIVER DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO TRESPASSING.
PARKING ALONGSIDE PRIVATE PROPERTY MAY CONSTITUTE TRESPASSING AND VEHICLES MAY BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
- PARKING ALONG ROADS MAY POSE A DRIVING HAZARD AND BE CONSIDERED GROUNDS FOR TOWING.
TRESPASSING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND IS PUNISHABLE.
